Founded in the heart of San Juan, Puerto Rico, The Pilot Studio was born from a passion for aviation and a mission to redefine flight training in the Caribbean. What began as a simple vision—offering personalized, high-quality pilot instruction—has grown into a thriving aviation hub where students not only learn to fly, but discover their place in a global industry.

Established in 2019 at the Fernando Luis Ribas Dominicci Airport (Isla Grande), The Pilot Studio was created to offer a more flexible, student-centered approach to flight training. Unlike larger academies, we focused on creating a supportive, safety-driven environment where every student received hands-on attention and real-world readiness.

From private pilot courses to advanced certifications, our programs have helped launch the careers of aviators now flying across the Caribbean, the mainland U.S., and beyond. Over the years, we’ve expanded our offerings to include simulator training, sightseeing flights, drone certification, and STEM-focused programs for youth—all while staying rooted in the values that shaped our founding.
